Duties and Responsibilities (Lead Technical Business Analyst)
• Lead and drive business analysis function: Oversee requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Define and own requirement deliverables: Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and DB schema proposals.
• Solution leadership: Provide functional, technical, and process-level guidance to BA team members; review prototypes (Mockups, DB Schema, UML diagrams).
• Stakeholder management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and development teams to ensure clarity and timely delivery.
• Mentorship and governance: Mentor junior/senior BAs, establish best practices, and ensure documentation and processes meet organizational quality standards.
• Strategic involvement: Contribute to solution design discussions with senior leadership.
