Key Duties
As a Lecturer in Network Engineering, you will play a vital role in guiding and inspiring students to build their careers in the IT and networking field. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging lectures and tutorials in network engineering.
- Preparing and updating course materials to align with industry standards.
- Mentoring students on academic projects and professional development.
- Assessing student performance through assignments, exams, and practical work.
- Supporting curriculum development and maintaining teaching quality.
- Staying updated with new technologies and integrating them into teaching.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of network administration, network design, and security.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven ability to teach and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Cyber Security Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are highly valued.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
