The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager to strengthen our sales team in the enterprise sector. This position is ideal for a professional who excels in building client relationships, understands complex business challenges, and can align cutting-edge technology solutions with organizational needs.


Key Duties

  • Develop new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify client requirements and present tailored technology solutions that demonstrate clear business impact.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay updated on market developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to ensure client success.
  • Track, forecast, and report on sales performance and pipeline activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling.
  • Knowledge of domains such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, or analytics is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
