Key Duties
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring their advertising campaigns run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinating with internal teams to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Supporting campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. The ideal candidate should bring:
- Strong skills in client servicing, account management, and customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in advertising or marketing is preferred but not essential.
