Key Duties
- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for multiple client businesses.
- Serve as the main client contact, advising on commercial and financial decisions.
- Coordinate teams to deliver virtual CFO services, project management, and compliance support.
- Develop financial models, business plans, and board packs with accuracy and clarity.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and create actionable solutions.
- Navigate complex business environments with confidence and accountability.
Requirements
- Fully qualified (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years in a finance manager role (preferably in consulting, advisory, or multinational settings) and 10+ years in finance overall.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly with Western clients.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and openness to feedback.
- Analytical and commercially astute, capable of making sound recommendations.
- Efficient, prioritised, and self-directed in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in finance systems, integrations, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
