Key Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate security executives and client leadership across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with country teams and corporate support functions to drive client initiatives, ensuring service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (35%–75%) to support client engagements and business reviews.
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual client presentations and business reviews.
  • Monitor operational metrics and KPIs using G4S Business Intelligence tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement security protocols, training, and response plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Manage client P&L, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, cash collections, and expense management.
  • Support contract renewals, rebids, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and field teams to achieve financial targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of account management experience in service or high-workforce environments.
  • Strong operational and financial management experience with demonstrated financial acumen.
  • Proven leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate across countries and departments to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Results-oriented problem-solving skills balancing client and organizational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications for metrics, reporting, and presentations.
  • Dynamic networking skills and commitment to safety, client trust, and community engagement.
  • Willingness to travel 35%–75% based on client and company requirements.
