Key Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate security executives and client leadership across the APAC region.
- Collaborate with country teams and corporate support functions to drive client initiatives, ensuring service delivery and satisfaction.
- Travel domestically and internationally (35%–75%) to support client engagements and business reviews.
- Prepare and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual client presentations and business reviews.
- Monitor operational metrics and KPIs using G4S Business Intelligence tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement security protocols, training, and response plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage client P&L, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, cash collections, and expense management.
- Support contract renewals, rebids, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and field teams to achieve financial targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 8–10 years of account management experience in service or high-workforce environments.
- Strong operational and financial management experience with demonstrated financial acumen.
- Proven leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to collaborate across countries and departments to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Results-oriented problem-solving skills balancing client and organizational needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications for metrics, reporting, and presentations.
- Dynamic networking skills and commitment to safety, client trust, and community engagement.
- Willingness to travel 35%–75% based on client and company requirements.
