Key Duties
As the Manager – Customer Relationship, you will play a central role in ensuring members enjoy an outstanding experience throughout their fitness journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing strategies that strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.
- Managing member concerns and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Leading and mentoring a team of fitness instructors and service staff to deliver premium service.
- Supervising daily studio operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Reviewing customer feedback and implementing service improvements.
- Tracking performance indicators to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer relationship management or a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
