• Lead the design and institutionalization of KPI frameworks, scorecards, and incremental revenue methodologies to ensure consistent tracking, transparency, and accountability.
• Drive automation of dashboards and reporting, reducing manual effort enabling faster, insight-driven decisions.
• Anchor governance cadence for leadership forums, ensuring alignment on growth initiatives, investment priorities, and performance impact.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing to optimize budget allocation, aligning promotional spend and growth investments with revenue outcomes.
• Secure leadership and Investment Committee buy-in for next-generation, AI-powered campaign management systems, enabling future-ready marketing automation and customer engagement.
