The Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the head office marketing team to support local campaign initiatives, crafting communications tailored to the Kandy region. This ensures messaging resonates with local audiences and aligns with nationwide brand goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics like reach, engagement, and inquiries, summarizing insights to help refine future strategies.
Local Market Research & Insights
- Conduct light research—such as surveying local businesses or consumers—to gauge market needs, community sentiment, and areas of opportunity in Kandy. This enriches our marketing efforts with grounded, regional relevance.
- Stay attuned to competitor activity and local trends, feeding this intel into campaign planning.
Content & Messaging
- Draft engaging copy for social media, flyers, email bulletins, or posters that reflect Global EMS’s brand voice: friendly, professional, and solution-oriented.
- Help maintain consistency in messaging by ensuring all materials passed to head office adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and identity.
Stakeholder Engagement & Feedback Loop
- Act as a local liaison—brief branch staff, drivers, or regional partners on upcoming marketing campaigns and collect their feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.
