The Role & Responsibilities

Position: Part-Time Demo Presenter (English–Nigeria Speaker)
As a Demo Presenter, you’re not just showcasing software—you’re the face of Synapse engaging potential clients with clarity and tailored communication.

Conduct live product demonstrations
You’ll walk business clients—especially from the Nigerian market—through our software solutions, contextualizing features to their specific business challenges.
Follow up with interested clients
After demos, you’ll engage potential customers, answer questions, nurture their interest, and help move them along the consideration process.
Communicate clearly and professionally
In all online interactions, you’ll maintain a polished, confident tone and appearance—reflecting Synapse’s customer-appointed approach and dedication to seamless communication Synapse.
Tailor your presentations
You’ll adjust messaging to fit each client’s context, ensuring relevance and resonance in every demo.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria—and we’ve added context to why each matters:

Native or fluent English speaker familiar with Nigerian usage
(Allows for natural rapport and avoids miscommunication when engaged by Nigerian clients.)
Strong spoken and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency
(Needed to professionally run online demonstrations and manage presentation tools.)
