Key Duties
As a Front Counter Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers at Eastern Marine. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front counter while delivering excellent service. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers, handling inquiries, and managing orders.
- Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area.
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock when required.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with requests promptly.
