Key Duties
As an Admission Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving student recruitment through effective sales and advisory services. Your main tasks will include:
- Promoting academic programs to prospective students and parents.
- Managing inquiries and converting them into successful admissions.
- Working towards monthly and quarterly recruitment goals.
- Advising students on course options, admissions criteria, and application procedures.
- Representing the institute at promotional events, recruitment drives, and education expos.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales, admissions, or customer service (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to meet sales goals.
