The Role & Responsibilities

Deliver Live One-to-One or Group Lessons
Teach English to adult learners across Asia using EF’s online platform. You’ll provide real-time feedback, adapt to each student’s pace, and encourage confidence in their language abilities
Utilize EF Teaching Materials and Technology
Leverage EF’s comprehensive lesson plans and interactive tools to create engaging and effective sessions. You’ll blend these resources with your own teaching flair to maintain learner enthusiasm
Maintain Classroom Management and Presence
Ensure smooth technical operation, punctuality, and professionalism. You’ll represent EF’s high standards by creating a positive, reliable learning environment.
Provide Clear Student Feedback and Support
After each session, give timely and motivating feedback. This helps learners feel supported in their journey and builds trust in their instructor.
Participate in Training and Development Opportunities
Engage in ongoing professional development sessions, webinars, or communities to sharpen your teaching practices and stay connected with EF’s global teacher network

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (any field): Required for eligibility to teach online.
TEFL (or equivalent) Certification: Helpful in delivering structured, pedagogically sound lessons.
Excellent English Proficiency: Clear pronunciation, strong grammar, and the ability to guide learners effectively.
Digital Literacy: Comfortable working with online platforms, handling occasional technical challenges, and adapting quickly.
Reliable Internet and Home Setup: A quiet, well-lit, distraction-free teaching area with strong connectivity.
