The Role & Responsibilities

Core Duties

Design and deliver tailored Chemistry lessons aligned with Edexcel & Cambridge standards—balancing theory, practical demonstration, and real‑world applications to contextualise learning.
Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate past‑paper analysis, exam strategies, and concept reinforcement to help students build exam readiness thoughtfully.
Assess student progress using formative feedback and diagnostic assessments, helping learners build confidence and effectively target conceptual gaps.
Provide one‑to‑one or small group instruction (in‑person and online), ensuring each student receives personalized attention that supports their unique learning style and pace.
Collaborate with the academic coordinator to align lessons with broader curriculum goals and educational standards within STEMpire’s inclusive learning approach.
Communicate with students and parents regularly, offering detailed progress updates and guidance—fostering a supportive partnership in a student’s academic journey.
